DIRECTIONS
If you received a bucket remove the lid immediately and store in a cool place!
To use our compost, simply mix it into the soil around your plants or garden. For best results, use a ratio of one part compost to two parts soil. Water as needed, and enjoy the benefits of healthier, more vibrant plants. Please be aware that some plants might not react well to compost and it’s always a good idea to do your research.
To amend soil: Work 1-2 inches of compost into the top 3-5 inches of soil.
Growing flowers: In the spring, loosen the top few inches of annual and perennial beds and mix in a 1-inch layer of compost.
Growing vegetables: Give your vegetable garden plenty of compost in the fall. Spread several inches of compost on top of existing bed, then till into soil in springtime. Put a handful of compost in each hole when you’re planting.
